The year of 2003 is a milestone in ZYNP’s history. The new leadership centralized by Delong Xue sagaciously grasped the development opportunity of global economy and persisted in implementing the business strategies of consistent effort on pushing the adjustment of product structure, and insisting on improving the company’s comprehensive strength, which had made ZYNP abounded with vigorous vital force and creative energy. All Heyang brand cylinder liners hold self technical rights, and about 20 patents. ZYNP engaged in the constituting of 4 items of State standards and Industrial standards. The parts meet the environmental exhaust requirement of Euro III, EuroⅣ, EuroⅤ、EuroⅥ from domestic and oversea engines. The company is the first one to become the supplier for Ford, GM, Chrysler, Cummins, and Benz, and ZYNP was awarded as Excellent Supplier, Ideal Quality and Technical Development Prize by Cummins for 4 year continuously, got the Excellent Supplier from DCEC for 6 year continuously, and also got Excellent Suppliers from other main domestic engine companies for many years continuously. The internal control system in ZYNP has reached the international advanced level. ZYNP is the first one to pass ISO9002, American QS9000, Germany VDA6.1, ISO/TS1694 and ISO14001 certificates in the same industry and passed the production site auditing from Ford, GM, Cummins, Benz, Fait, Volvo, Mazda and other international famous companies.
In 2005, the joint venture GKN Zhongyuan Cylinder Liner Company limited/GKNZ established by ZYNP and GKN Britain was put into production. The major products in GKNZ are for heavy duties, engineering machinery, ships and other large bore cylinder liners, making the products and markets chains extended and also finished the strategy of European and America markets.
In 2006, ZYNP established North America Operation (Detroit), which aims at developing the markets of North America, South America and Europe, and provides Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Sub-assembling and Production services for Ford, GM, Chrysler, Navistar, Nemak, Daimler and other customers.
In 2007, the ZYNP industrial park has started building.
